After completing order form, please email it to 3tencandles@gmail.com or call 727-318-1192 to submit your order.

What happens next?

 

1. As soon as we receive your order, we'll send you a confirmation email and begin preparing your candles.       Please note: if there are any slight alterations to candle vessels or packaging, it will be disclosed in this email.  Due to supply chain delays, alternate vessel options may need to be used; if this happens, we will receive your approval prior to making any charges to your account.   
    

2. Once candles are poured and are curing, (there is a 2-week curing period) we will charge your credit card.  You will receive an email receipt of this transaction.  On the receipt will be an anticipated delivery/shipment date.  
    

3. You will receive a final email confirming the date and time of your candle delivery/shipment.
